Jay-Z opens up about shooting his brother as a child
HollywoodNews.com: Jay-Z didn’t exactly have it easy when he was younger, and now he is opening up about one of the most terrifying moments in his life.
Jay-Z has revealed that he once shot his older brother in the shoulder, states Digital Spy. He was only 11 years old at the time when he shot his drug-addicted brother for stealing a ring from him.
“I thought my life was over, I thought I’d go to jail for ever,” Jay-Z says about the experience that changed his life and outlook forever.
His brother never pressed charges and even apologized for his drug use. Jay-Z now refuses to ever have anything to do with firearms.
