It is being rumored that Jenner is considering proposing to his girlfriend on New Year’s Eve, states Hollyscoop. The two have only been dating since February and Lavigne’s divorce has only recently been finalized.
And apparently some of Lavigne’s friends like Jenner, but others apparently think he is a waste of her time.

Please, Avril will never marry that guy, and I really doubt any of this is true anyway, and your sources are unnamed. Nice try but I believe this about as much as when you said Avril was pregnant.
