Jessica Simpson kind of going vegan for Thanksgiving
HollywoodNews.com: Jessica Simpson is still trying to adjust to her fiance Eric Johnson’s healthy way of eating, but she will definitely embracing it this holiday season.
For Thanksgiving, Simpson admits that there will be Tofurkey, states People. “It doesn’t sound right! It’s gonna be jiggly and weird,” Simpson jokes about the new addition to her Thanksgiving menu.
But the singer is comfortable with their differences and continues to enjoy his food while still loving the cuisine she is familiar with: “I’m from Texas – I’d fry a steak.”
