Josh Duhamel wouldn’t turn off cell phone on flight?

HollywoodNews.com: Josh Duhamel apparently thinks that some rules don’t apply to him, but unfortunately for him others don’t seem to agree.

The actor was reportedly on a flight from New York to Kentucky when he refused to turn off his Blackberry before takeoff, states TMZ. When he was then allegedly asked three times to do so, he reportedly taunted the flight attendant and laughed at the request.

However, Duhamel apparently did not get away with it as the flight attendant called for backup and the actor was allegedly escorted off the flight by officers.

It seems Duhamel was texting about his flight being delayed and his rep has reported that “He’s sorry.”

What do you think about Josh Duhamel’s behavior?
