Rihanna admits she had little control over her image
HollywoodNews.com: Rihanna now seems to do what she wants and portrays herself in the way she wants, but that wasn’t always the case.
The singer has revealed that she struggled to have any control over her image for quite some time, reports Digital Spy (via Bang Showbiz). “I wasn’t 100% or even 75% in control of my image or my sound. I said, ‘If you guys keep this perfect image of me, people will never notice me,'” Rihanna says about her struggle.
Luckily, Rihanna was able to break out of the mold with her 2007 album Good Girl Gone Bad, which she calls “a big turning point.”
Do you think Rihanna has done a good job of breaking out of the mold?
