Hollywoodnews.com: Johnny Depp appears to be one of the busiest working actors in the business these days (Natalie Portman woud have to be a close second).
Just this morning, Depp scored multiple Golden Globe nominations for his work in “Alice in Wonderland” and “The Tourist.” Yesterday, Yahoo hosted the first trailer for Depp’s fourth excursion as Capt. Jack Sparrow. And today, we get a full look at Gore Verbinski’s animated “Rango,” which has Depp voicing the lead character, a chameleon forced to protect a town from bandits

In addition to Depp, you’ll recognize the voices of Isla Fisher, Abigail Breslin, Bill Nighy, the great Ray Winstone, Ned Beatty, Harry Dean Stanton and Alfred Molina. Cartoons get bonus points when they make room for so many beloved character actors.
“Rango” recently screened a piece of footage at Harry Knowles’ “Butt-Numb-A-Thon” in Austin, and received positive buzz on social networks. It will be in theaters on March 4, from Paramount Pictures.
