‘Jersey Shore’ star facing jail time over Season 1 brawl?
HollywoodNews.com: The ‘Jersey Shore’ cast is quite well-known for getting into a number of fights, but now it appears that one cast member could end up doing some time for a fight he was in during the first season.
Ronnie Ortiz has been indicted on an assault charge after being involved in a fight in Seaside Heights, reports TMZ. He has reportedly been charged with one count of third-degree assault for punching another man and could face up to five years in jail.
However, a plea agreement could still be reached in order for Ronnie to avoid jail time, but the man who was punched is still suing the reality TV star and the show.
