Rachel Uchitel will not be held responsible for feces

HollywoodNews.com: Famous rehabbed socialite and former Tiger Woods mistress, Rachel Uchitel has recently gotten off free after a bizarre charge. A judge has just ruled that Uchitel will be awarded back her $1,500 deposit from a sober living facility that claims Uchitel’s dog soiled the couch and ruined it.

Rachel has had several claims of legal action with Oceanside Transitional Living, one claiming that the facility never returnedd an $11,000 Cartier watch to the socialite and another claim asking for her security deposit back.

Rachel actually called a character witness for her pooch who stated that the dog is usually so well-behaved. The judge ruled that the facility did not provide enough evidence to show it was Rachel’s dog that did the deed, TMZ reports.
