Judge may be close to Mel Gibson vs. Oksana decision
HollywoodNews.com: Sources have learned that Mel Gibson and his estranged ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, may find out their respective fates as soon as next month.
Through their scandalous dissolution of marriage, Gibson has found himself under a microscope with the D.A. being referred to on a domestic violence accusation while Oksana is being accused of extortion. It is likely that the D.A. will get the case in January and a decision will most likely be made very quickly, TMZ reports.
The D.A. will presumably announce the ruling on both cases at the same time.

Oksana is NOT his ex-wife. Robyn is still his wife (pending divorce) and much classier.
Correction: Oksana was never his wife.
He still isn’t completely divorced from his real wife.
