HollywoodNews.com: Ever since Kourtney Kardashian had her son Mason last year, she has made her weight matters very public and now she is sharing how she managed to drop the pounds.
Kourtney went from 140 lbs. to 95 lbs. over this year and revealed how she did it to ‘OK! Magazine.’ The oldest Kardashian sister admitted that she just tries to make better choices now, states Just Jared.
“I’ll eat Oreo Double Stufs, but I’ll have two instead of eating a box of them,” Kourtney admitted about loving a little junk food.
But it isn’t just about eating right, it’s about an overall lifestyle change that she thinks can help anyone: “Try to get workouts in. It’s always so hard to start [a weight-loss plan] and get into it, but I think it’s a positive thing that everyone should try to do for themselves.”
