Nicki Minaj wants to bust into acting

HollywoodNews.com: Nicki Minaj is set to tackle the world. Her debut album, Pink Friday, did exceptionally well and considering how hard it is to sell a record these days, she’s doing really well, but that’s not enough for Minaj.

The 26-year-old rap phenom is ready to bust into her true calling: acting. Think this is just another rapper trying to bite off more than she can chew? Think again, Minaj went to a performing arts high school where her forte was acting. Acting has always been a priority for Minaj, but until now we have not heard much about her acting ambitions.

In an interview with King Magazine, Minaj had this to say, “I’d like to play someone in a Tim Burton movie, where I get dressed up and painted and crazy.”

Doesn’t really seem so far-fetched given Minaj’s rambunctious fashion and performance style. Do you think Nicki Minaj can break into acting? Let us know what you think.

well first off all she is 29 years old not 26……. second… no she needs to figure out herself and her identity… since she went to performing arts school… maybe this whole so called rap thing was a try out and gimmick.
