Reese Witherspoon rep confirms her engagement to Jim Toth

Hollywoodnews.com: How do you know Reese Witherspoon, star of the romantic comedy “How Do You Know” (among others), is off the market?

Well, she announced it.

Witherspoon revealed that she plans to marry current boyfriend Jim Toth, a Hollywood agent at CAA.

This will be Witherspoon’s second marriage. She has two children with first husband Ryan Phillippe, who she divorced in 2007. Witherspoon also dated Jake Gyllenhaal for some time, though the actor recently has been linked to country and pop sensation Taylor Swift.
