Jon Gosselin apparently tried to stop Kate from traveling
HollywoodNews.com: Jon Gosselin apparently didn’t want Kate Gosselin traveling to Australia with their children so he even took the matter to court.
Jon ended up losing the battle where it was decided that Kate could go because the trip was work related, states RadarOnline.com. Jon was reportedly hoping on spending New Year’s with his children, but now he will have to wait.
The family will reportedly be filming for ‘Kate Plus 8′ while on vacation. Jon will likely be spending the holiday with his girlfriend Ellen Ross.
