Kendra Wilkinson on how she dropped 40 lbs. over time
HollywoodNews.com: Kendra Wilkinson made her weight loss attempts very public in magazines and on her reality TV show, but now she wants to enjoy and share the success of dropping 40 pounds.
Wilkinson revealed that when she began to try to lose the baby weight, she was eating meals that included fatty foods that she loved, states UsMagazine.com. “You can’t get a salad just to eat the bacon!” Wilkinson admits.
But not only did she change what she ate, she also tried out a supplement. Wilkinson reportedly began using Revolution Abdominal Cuts fat-burning supplement to speed things up.
And of course Wilkinson works out, not only running on a treadmill, but by using workout videos as well.
