Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt donate millions to African wildlife sanctuary

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: After spending Christmas on an African wildlife sanctuary, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt gave their own holiday gift as a sign of thanks.

It is being reported that Jolie and Pitt donated $2 million to the Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary, which is located 26 miles outside of Namibia’s capital of Windhoek. The couple spent Christmas there with their children, and donated the money as they were leaving.

Jolie delivered the couple’s daughter Shiloh, in Swakopmund, Namibia, in 2006.

“We want (Shiloh) to grow up with an understanding of her country of birth,” Angelina said.

Over the Christmas break, it’s being reported that the Pitt-Jolie brood watched sanctuary boss Dr. Rudie van Vuuren stitch the wounds of a wild dog and release a leopard backinto the wild.

That beats what I did: Lay around in my pajamas watching Nick Jr. and eating holiday leftovers. What did YOU do over the holiday break?!
