Jackson lawyer denies Michael’s “self-detructive” motives For the upcoming Michael Jackson trial, allegations have become more and more sensationalized in the interest of defending the interests of the parties involved. Jackson’s former lawyer on his media circus, child molestation case, has come out against a potential argument for the defense. Many have alleged that the defense will try and argue that Michale Jackson was suicidal, but Michael’s former lawyer says that those claims are false.

Thomas Meserau, MJ’s former lawyer has come out declaring that the singer was “not suicidal.” Meserau went on to say, “the defense lawyers have to do something and what they’re gonna try and do is reflect attention away from their client and onto Michael Jackson.”

Although it is not ultimately unclear what the defense’s strategy will be, reports have said that they may argue it was unintentional, but that it was still Jackson who improperly administered himself the Propofol, reports TMZ.
