HollywoodNews.com: The new interview with Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka in ‘People’ magazine reveals that Neil is called “Papa” while David is called “Daddy.”
Neil revealed why the couple, together nearly seven years, decided to have a family now: “We wanted to wait until the timing was right. David says his former partner’s kids “never called me Dad, but I’m still a very special uncle to them.” They still see the kids a lot.
While David had some parental experience, Neil says “we have a remarkable nanny who is sleep-training them. If she wasn’t here, we’d be calling the pediatrician every half hour.
