Lindsay Lohan’s case is given to District Attorney
HollywoodNews.com: It looks as though Lindsay Lohan’s future is now in the hands of the Riverside County District Attorney who will then decide if Lindsay will be charged for the incident at the Betty Ford center.
The Palm Desert Police Department submitted their findings to the attorney who will then decide what Lohan’s fate will be. Unfortunately for the Palm Desert PD, Lindsay’s accuser has said she will not cooperate if it goes to trial and has made several statements about how Lindsay is having a hard enough time without going back to jail, reports TMZ.
