Lady Gaga’s new single all ready to be on ‘Glee’ It seems the ‘Glee’ team can get anything they want, including Lady Gaga’s new single that hasn’t even been released yet.

Ryan Murphy revealed that ‘Glee’ will be taking on “Born This Way” sometime in March or April, states Entertainment Weekly. The song will reportedly involve Max Adler’s character who is a closeted gay bully.

“I don’t really know what that’s going to be, but I do know we’re going to do a whole episode that’s about that song,” Murphy said about the song having a huge part in the episode.

The fact they haven’t even heard the song yet, and the already want to use it is the very reason why they shouldn’t. This seems purely for publicity, and frankly, covering a song that will have been out for less than two months is pure insanity. Covering Teenage Dream so soon was bad enough, but Born This Way, Gaga’s version, would still be a single at that point. I think Glee needs to go back to classic rock, because now, it seems like it’s covering songs that are so current, that all the viewers already know about them, and a lot are still on radio. And that definitely is NOT the point of the show (if it is now, my mistake, I’ll remember to stop watching…) And the fact they want to make up a plot to use the song is actually pathetic.
