Clint Eastwood wants Beyonce for “Star Is Born” remake

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Clint Eastwood works quick. He’s tight. He’s efficient. And he often lines up projects months in advance because he loves to direct.

So yes, even though he has been progressing steadily on a J. Edgar Hoover film with Leonardo DiCaprio, Charlize Theron and Armie Hammer in place, we’re already getting details on Eastwood’s possible NEXT film! Impressive.

The legendary filmmaker is circling a remake of “A Star Is Born,” and he wants pop sensation Beyonce in the lead, according to Deadline. This would be the fourth iteration of the “Star” story. The role of an aspiring female actress assisted by a star on the decline helped make celebrities out of Judy Garland and Barbara Streisand, to name a few.

No word yet on who would play the male lead opposite Beyonce. This project has been in limbo for years, where names such as Eddie Murphy, Jon Hamm, Robert Downey Jr. and P Diddy have been attached.

—-‘Star Is Born’ is the stalest of Hollywood retreads, and always given to stars on the way
out —a la Gaynor, Garland, Striesand.

    Beyonce’s too young for this.

As for Eastwood, he’s not been caught fronting Globalist/RED China ‘eugenics friendly’
sub-texted offerings (Million Dollar Baby, IWO trilogy etc.) —and he even baulked his
own link to the profoundly relevant 60th Anniversary of the Korean War last year.

One and all should steer clear of this, and indeed ALLLLL, ‘daring maverick’ franchise
    slum icons…
