How Katy Perry maintains her figure Katy Perry may have been born with a great body, but she does work hard in order to make sure it stays that way.

Perry’s personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, reveals that the singer has more brief work outs in order to keep her in shape, states CTV. She reportedly works out more often, but only for about 25 minutes per day.

Perry’s favorite type of work out is apparently jumping rope which is good for cardio. However, Perry also has to watch what she eats.

She allegedly eats five small meals per day that are pretty healthy, but she does occasionally get to splurge and eat pizza and other favorite treats.
