‘American Idol’ facing third lawsuit from rejected contestant
HollywoodNews.com: Ian Benardo was rejected from ‘American Idol’ and is now suing for a third time claiming that he was discriminated against and exploited.
He reportedly claims that ‘AI’ producers asked him to “gay it up” when he tried out for the show, states TMZ. The two previous times he filed the lawsuit, they were tossed out due to technicalities.
Now, the lawsuit has been filed once more and is asking for $5 million (as opposed to $300 million and $100 million the previous times).
Do you think he has any chance of winning?

He’s a moron who wants money. I hope he loses and has to pay his own legal fees or his lawyers make no money if they lose. I hope the show does’nt settle with him thinking it would be cheaper then a trial. He’s a loser.
seriously, what lawyer took on such a suit? It’s frivolous, and he’ll have a REAL hard time proving damages. What damages are there to this stupid and un-talented “person”?
