Sheen has two children with actress Denise Richards and it is apparently getting difficult to protect them from everything, states People. As the children get older, Richards is reportedly only able to keep so much secret from them.
Sheen’s youngest children, twins with Brooke Mueller, reportedly have a lot of people caring for them right now. Mueller is back with them, along with a nanny and their grandparents. Luckily, the twins are far too young to know anything is going on with Sheen.
