Lindsay Lohan: guilty or innocent?

HollywoodNews.com: There’s delusional, and then there’s Lindsay Lohan.

Lohan will be arraigned Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. PST for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from an upscale Venice, Calif. jewelry store. Even though she is facing felony grand theft charges, the 24-year-old actress confidently dismisses the accusation every chance she gets. A source tells TMZ that Lohan insists she’s not guilty and declares to friends, “I honestly feel like I did nothing wrong.”

TMZ states that Lohan wants to plead not guilty at Wednesday’s arraignment. But the actress is up against tough competition: Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers prosecuted Lohan’s DUI case and doesn’t take too kindly to the actress. It has been previously reported by TMZ that Meyers is hoping to place Lohan back in jail.

Lohan might feel like she’s in the right, but the rest of the world seems to beg to differ.
