Did Lady Gaga rip-off Kylie Minogue?

HollywoodNews.com: We tend to think there is no one else out there like Lady Gaga (seriously, who else would be daring enough to wear a meat dress?), but it looks like the pop star might not be such an originator.

Yesterday, Gaga unveiled via Twitter the cover art for her much-anticipated album Born This Way, due out in May. The blogosphere was abuzz with comments about the punk-chic Gaga. But today, the blogosphere is buzzing about talks of duplication.

Hollyscoop reports that Gaga’s Born This Way cover looks a tad similar to Kylie Minoque’s Hearts cover. According to the website, there are a ton of coincidences, from the “weird, pointy eyeliner” to the “’80s graffiti font.”

So is this an accident or a rip-off?
