Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan get political for Egypt

HollywoodNews.com: Apparently Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan have been keeping track of what has been going on in Egypt, despite what many may think.

Both stars hit up Twitter to show their support in the situation where President Mubarak remanded control to the military upon resigning.

Kim showed how happy she was on Twitter: “What a historic day for Egypt! The people of Egypt made the regime step down!!! Now they can enjoy the freedom they deserve!”

Lindsay took some time from the own drama in her life to support Egypt over Twitter: “Congratulations to the people of Egypt. Your voices were heard and you proved that peaceful demonstrations are possible and effective …. x”

Are you surprised these two wrote something about Egypt?

Anything Lindsay Lohan says is of no interest to me. She is an alcoholic, a drug addict and a convicted felon, so she has absolutely no credibility in my book.
Her conviction in this jewel theft caper will be the final nail in her coffin as far as her career is concerned.
