Lindsay Lohan’s team still needs to see surveillance video

HollywoodNews.com: In the matter of Lindsay Lohan’s felony grand theft charge, one key piece of evidence still has not been seen by her legal team.

The surveillance video from the jewelry store has reportedly not yet been turned over by the LAPD and the DA’s Office, states RadarOnline.com.

“I’m sure the LAPD and the DA’s Office have a good reason for not having turned over a key piece of evidence in this case, but I can’t imagine what it is,” Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Holley, said about the matter.

What do you think is up with the video?

Lots of talk about Lindsay, but the fact that the store owners have done something deceptive twice now shows they could very well be doing all this for publicity. First they said she tucked the necklace away in her purse. But later when police demanded the video, they had to back track and admit she never did that. Now they take a key piece of evidence to be used in a trial and sell it! If that doesn’t sound like someone trying to be opportunist and manipulative for gain off a famous celebrity, then I don’t know what does. So if we can’t trust the store owners then how do we know their claims of her stealing it are really all that clean, cut and dry? Also why does she spend 45 minutes wearing it in front of the clerk? If someone wants to say Lindsay couldn’t have forgotten it on, then why did the clerk forget about it? Kind of a double standard? I’m not saying I know she’s innocent, but these store owners don’t look all that much like angelic, innocent angels either…
