Lindsay Lohan reportedly shopping for a new agent

HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan has reportedly decided that she needs a change in her life and that change will apparently be a new agent.

Lindsay has reportedly decided to move on from her alleged former agency CAA, states TMZ. Now, she is reportedly in talks with WME in regard to taking her on as a client.

Lindsay is already working with part of the team that has helped out Britney Spears, Larry Rudolph and Lou Taylor.

Do you think Lindsay Lohan should focus on other matters right now?

I find it hard to believe that Lindsay got into the position she’s in as a result of listening to her agent.

Thus, I doubt that changing her agent will make any real difference to her.

I suspect that her former agency is probably relieved, though.

Well, she’s probably got nothing to worry about in terms of the alleged theft simply because when you put all the facts together, it’s obvious she didn’t steal anything. So all the tabloids are making money printing stories about her going to jail when on the inside she probably knows exactly what’s going down. That’s why she’s working on other things. I mean, showing up on Jimmy Kimmel to make fun of the charges, and talking about her career plans are not the typical response you’d see from someone who felt convinced they’d be in jail in a month.

And if you think about it logically, it doesn’t make a lot of sense that someone would try to wear a necklace out of a store with the intent to steal it. Most people would conceal it. They’d certainly see almost anyone trying to do that. Especially a high profile actress will have all eyes on her. Also the footage they have that shows her trying it on and showing it to the person in the shop and a friend to get approval shows they knew. Plus the fact that the store is known for lending these out to other stars in exchange for promotion. That said, it’s easy to see how there is a mix up, or maybe the store just got mad after the fact and did that.

If you put it all together, I think it’s doubtful she will go to jail regardless of what the tabloids whip up over the next month.

So if by “other matters”, then I’d say not necessarily.
