Natalie Portman takes a stand against Dior’s John Galliano

HollywoodNews.com: Dior designer John Galliano was recently caught on tape saying some anti-semitic comments which have upset Natalie Portman, the face of Miss Dior Cherie perfume.

Portman recently took a stand against Galliano and his remarks, states UsMagazine.com.

“In light of this video, and as an individual who is proud to be Jewish, I will not be associated with Mr. Galliano in any way,” Portman says about the comments that “disgusted” her.

In the video, Galliano reportedly says, “I love Hitler” and makes references to people being “gassed.”

Dior has already reported that they are in the process of firing Galliano.

Do you think it’s good that Natalie Portman spoke out?

We need to fight antisemitism where ever we find it, and in any and all ways possible. Well done Ms. Portman, well done. I wish more people would stand up and be counted.
