Harry Potter sneak peek teases “Deathly Hallows” Blu-ray

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: A two-minute teaser for the upcoming “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1” Blu-ray has been posted online, and it promises more supplements than you can shake a wand at.

As if you needed any more reason to snatch the Blu-ray up once it hits shelves on April 15.

The big surprise hidden somewhere on the disc will be a full scene from Warner’s upcoming “Part 2,” which won’t be in theaters until July.

In addition, though, “Potter” fanatics will be able to surf the Maximum Movie Mode – a staple of top-notch Warner home video packages as of late. This one will be hosted by Jason Isaacs, who plays Lucius Malfoy in the “Potter” films. The set also promises a promo for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park in Florida, a soundtrack featurette, several extensive clips on the making of the seventh “Potter” film, and much more.

It’s all one big tease. The adventure doesn’t conclude until July. But the arrival of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1” on Blu-ray on April 15 should tide us over until director David Yates and his team are ready to bring this monumental series to a close.
