Charlie Sheen says “Two and a Half Men” gig “absolutely” coming back
By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: Charlie Sheen has said an awful lot these last few days, spouting catchphrases (“Winning!”) and other bits of nonsensical crazy talk. Most of it we’ve had to take with a grain of salt … OK, with a whiskey barrel full of salt. But something he told a Philadelphia morning radio program sounded particularly interesting.
When asked about the future of his hit sitcom, “Two and a Half Men,” Sheen seemed very confident that they’d be back on the air.
“Absolutely, the gig’s coming back. I see us back on the air, with a few adjustments,” Sheen told “The Chio & Shila Show” (courtesy of the NY Post).
“I think we’re getting close to something. I don’t want to say what, but I have a feeling that the worm is turning,” he continued.
This is better than the NFL’s negotiation with the player’s union! Much like football, we all just want to see Sheen back on the playing field, so these quotes are encouraging.
Needless to say, Sheen couldn’t stop talking about the negotiations without letting some kooky Sheen-ism slip out.
“It’s like some hot springs of Middle Earth is finally ready to explode outward,” he proclaimed.
OK, maybe this is just talk from the guy show ways he has tiger blood and Adonis DNA. But we’ll see what happens in the coming weeks.
