Lindsay Lohan prosecution apparently not worried over recent actions

HollywoodNews.com: Although the jewelry store involved in Lindsay Lohan’s alleged jewelry theft case has made some questionable decisions lately, the prosecution on the case is reportedly not worried.

The prosecution on Lindsay’s case reportedly still feels that they have a strong case against her, states RadarOnline.com. They allegedly believe that because the surveillance video reportedly shows Lindsay stealing the necklace that everything after doesn’t matter as much.

The credibility of the owners of the jewelry store has been under fire lately as they sold to surveillance video and were allegedly trying to score a book deal.

Do you think the case against Lindsay Lohan has been hurt by these actions?

Yes, it hurt it. Because if people perceive the store owenrs as being deceptive or having unpure motives, then the next logical conclusion is that the store may be trying to scam Lohan for more publicity. Doesn’t take an Einstein to see that.

and if the could be willing to scam her for publicity, then perhaps they could be willing to fabricate the idea that she stole it in the first place. Again, all for publicity. It seems everything the store does is for publicity if you haven’t noticed.
