Lindsay Lohan might be ready to take a deal with jail time Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been trying to avoid jail time with her felony grand theft accusation, but it sounds like she might be ready to head to the slammer.

Lindsay is reportedly starting to consider a plea deal with jail time because she isn’t so sure she can avoid it, states TMZ. Lindsay may be looking at an offer that would eventually have her serving 19 days due to overcrowding.

Lindsay is apparently starting to realize that going to trial would result in a lot more time even though she maintains her innocence. The actress will reportedly be back in court on Friday while her lawyer will have to tell the judge by Wednesday is Lindsay will take the deal.

Do you think Lindsay Lohan will take the plea deal?

Given the fact that she has SEEMINGLY, ARROGANTLY tried to buck the system with excuses … and her March courtroom style of dressing did not help her case … seems like somebody out there wants to teach her a lesson. Perhaps the plea deal is her best option. Great picture of her though … that was submitted with this article.
