The singer and designer has reportedly donated $1 million to the Save the Children’s Japan Earthquake-Tsunami Children in Emergency Fund, states UsMagazine.com. “I’ve been inspired by Japan for many years … The disaster in Japan is beyond heartbreaking, and I want to do anything I can to help,” Stefani said in a statement.

Stefani is also trying to get her fans to donate as she will unveil a limited edition Harajuku Lovers T-shirt for sale with all proceeds going to relief efforts.
