Lindsay Lohan’s attorney confident in a trial
HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan has apparently decided to not take a plea deal as she still maintains her innocent, and it seems her attorney is ready to move forward.
Shawn Holley has come out with a statement saying that her client will be acquitted, states RadarOnline.com. “Though many advised her to follow the safe route by taking ‘the deal,’ the truth is, Ms. Lohan is innocent; she has a strong defense,” Holley said.
Lindsay’s preliminary hearing is reportedly set for April 22nd.
