Chris Brown has Russell Simmons’ support

HollywoodNews.com: Chris Brown may have caused a bit of a stir when he exploded after an interview on ‘Good Morning America,’ but Russell Simmons wants everyone to give the singer a break.

Simmons took to his blog to reveal that the treatment Brown and others receive as young stars is sometimes unfair, states Hollyscoop. “Chris is suffering from the same thing as almost every young star has gone through, including the Disney kids… what’s not fair is artists paying the price of the sins in their young lives for the rest of their lives. Again, and again, and again,” Simmons wrote.

Simmons also reportedly wrote that the ‘GMA’ incident is separate of the Rihanna incident and has nothing to do with Brown as a person.
