‘Fringe’ is renewed by FOX for fourth season

HollywoodNews.com: Any ‘Fringe’ fans worried about the future of their show can rest easy – FOX is renewing the popular television drama for a fourth season.

The ‘Fringe’ renewal was announced today, Mar. 25, by Kevin Reilly, President, Entertainment for Fox Broadcasting Company.

‘Fringe’ has truly hit a creative stride and has distinguished itself as one of television’s most original programs. The series’ ingenious producers, amazingly talented cast and crew, as well as some of the most passionate and loyal fans on the planet, made this fourth-season pickup possible. – Kevin Reilly

Fringe‘ is a sci-fi drama created by J. J. Abrams, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, which follows an FBI “Fringe Division” team based in Boston. The team investigates unexplained mysteries suggesting a parallel universe.

The third season continues tonight, Friday, Mar. 25 with the ‘Bloodline‘ episode, airing at 9 p.m. on FOX.
