Hell’s Kitchen Chef Hesse Debuts Online Cooking Show Chef Robert Hesse, who received worldwide attention and respect for his strong finish during seasons five and six of “Hell’s Kitchen,” is taking to the Internet to impart his culinary skills.

“Never Trust a Skinny Chef,” featuring Chef Hesse, is an online cooking show where Chef Hesse guides viewers through the making of a selected dish.

It’s all there-the ingredients, the directions and the demonstration. Chef Hesse also shares tips as he goes along.

“It’s a more intimate way of presenting a dish visually,” Chef Hesse says. “People can be anywhere there’s Internet service and watch the history of pizza, for example. They could be at home or sitting in a coffee shop.”

The first episode, about pizza, is already up and available for viewing, see below

In the episode, Chef Hesse discusses the history of pizza, what goes into making a great pie and he shares tips about how to make tasty pizza at home.

“With the prevalence of smart phones and other devices, the Internet is available in more and more places,” Chef Hesse says. “This is another opportunity for me to reach out to people. I’m enjoying it.”
