Lady Gaga responds to Malaysian censorship of lyrics
HollywoodNews.com: The lyrics for Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” have been censored in Malaysia due to the acceptance of other sexualities in the song, and now the young star is responding.
Gaga is, of course, criticizing the decision that has been made, states Sify. “What I would say is for all the young people in Malaysia that want those words to be played on the radio, it is your job and it is your duty as young people to have your voices heard,” Gaga commented.
Gaga goes on to encourage the youth in Malaysia to be liberated by their society.
Malaysian gay rights activists have allegedly also spoken up that this move is further discriminating against them.
