Donald Trump is latest FOX News Guest contributor

By Pat Ryder
HollywoodNews.com: Just when you thought FOX News had started pruning presidential candidates from appearing as contributors, news arrives that Donald Trump may be joining the conservative channel’s lineup.

Trump is slated to start appearing on “Fox & Friends,” according to Huffington Post and Gawker. The Donald has landed a weekly guest segment on the show, allegedly titled “Monday Mornings with Trump.”

A network promo boasts:

“Bold, brash and never bashful, The Donald now makes his voice loud and clear every Monday on Fox!”

Certainly not media-shy, Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice” and his possible GOP candidacy get continued press. Now he will have yet another platform for expressing his views to the public.

Trump’s segment comes on the heels of FOX News’ suspension of Newt Gingrich and Rob Santorum at the beginning of March until they could decide about their own presidential bids. Apparently this policy doesn’t apply to Trump.

It will be interesting to see if, in light of this decision, FOX brings Gingrich or Santorum back.

Will you be watching “Monday Mornings with Trump” or is he just another talking head to avoid?
