Demi Lovato talks about coping with her eating disorder

HollywoodNews.com: Demi Lovato recently got out of rehab where she was dealing with some personal issues, and now she is letting her fans into this part of her life.

Lovato is reportedly now a contributing editor for ‘Seventeen’ where she started off by discussing her recent problems, states Just Jared. “[T]here have been times when I definitely have been tempted to get rid of my dinner. But I will deal with it for the rest of my life because it’s a life-long disease,” Lovato wrote about eating disorders.

“I don’t think there’s going to be a day when I don’t think about food or my body,” Lovato added, but commented that she is living with it and finding ways to get through the difficult times – something she wishes she can encourage young girls to do.

I think Demi is a great role model, because she isn’t pretending that she is perfect. She is confronting her problems and telling girls that if she can go through it they can too. GOOO DEMI:)
