IF there is an impartial jury Lindsay has an excellent chance at exoneration. The store’s actions does not speak well of them. And the Assistant DA seems way to eager to convict Lindsay on something, anything.

The owners’ actions are not at issue. LL walked out with merchandise and didn’t return it until the police were on their way. The DA’s actions are niot at issue. When people get charged with crimes, she has to try to convict them. If Miss Lindsay stops getting herself arrested, the DA will not be eager to convict her of anything.
