Emma Stone’s “The Help” gets official poster

Hollywoodnews.com: Days after we brought you the first trailer for Disney’s adaptation of the best-selling novel “The Help,” we’re pleased to be able to provide the movie’s one sheet. It is posted below.

Tate Taylor will direct the film, which stars Emma Stone, Bryce Dallas Howard, Viola Davis, Allison Janney and Sissy Spacek in an empowerment story set during the American Civil Right movement. Stone plays an aspiring journalist who puts herself in the thick of the fight between whites and blacks to try and make a difference.
“The Help” will be in theaters on Aug. 12.
