Jim Carrey joining all-star “Office” finale

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: There are going to be almost as many guest stars on the season finale of “The Office” as there are regular cast members.

Jim Carrey is the latest name added to the growing list of comedians who have agreed to stop by for Steve Carell’s farewell to the popular NBC sitcom, THR reports. Carrey will join the previously announced talents of Ricky Gervais, Will Arnett, James Spader, Ray Romano and Catherine Tate.

Of course, Will Ferrell should still be around as manager-in-waiting Deangelo Vickers, who has brightened the last few episodes of “The Office” with his antics.

Are all of these names red herrings? Who will replace Carell as office manager on the show next season?

“The Office” season final, an hour-long episode, airs on NBC on May 19.
