Robert Pattinson calls “Where is Robert?” iPhone app “terrifying”

By Kim Palacios

hollywoodnews.com: While promoting “Water for Elephants,” Robert Pattinson stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where the hostess questioned the star about a controversial product. The “Where is Robert” iPhone app allows fans to get information about the star’s whereabouts by creating a forum for real-time location intelligence supplied by fans.

When the app was mentioned to Pattinson, the star seemed surprised that such a product existed. But after a brief description, he called the app “terrifying.”

Asked DeGeneres, “So, how does it work? Someone says ‘He’s here’ and then they show up wherever you are?“ Said Pattinson, “I don’t know, but I hope that’s not the case.”
