Details on Kate Middleton’s royal wedding gown
HollywoodNews.com: Kate Middleton married Prince William today and all the talk before the big moment was about who would be designing her wedding gown.
Middleton chose to wear a gown by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, states RadarOnline.com. The dress included long, lace sleeves and a v-neck cut.
The bodice, skirt and underskirt were all reportedly made out of French Chantilly and English Cluny lace.
The shoes were also reportedly made by McQueen’s design team.
Burton was reportedly mentored by McQueen for 14 years before his death in 2010 when she became creative director of the company.
