Marion Cotillard welcomes baby boy

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: It’s a boy for “Inception” star and Oscar winner Marion Cotillard and her partner, actor-director Guillaume Canet.

The couple welcomed their son, who they named Marcel, on Thursday night in Paris, sources have told PEOPLE magazine.

“Mother and baby are fine,” says the source, and Cotillard is “very happy.”

The couple started dating in 2007. The source told PEOPLE back in January, “They haven’t disclosed any plans concerning marriage.”

Cotillard’s latest picture, Woody Allen’s “Midnight in Paris,” opened the Cannes Film Festival earlier this month. She’s also scheduled to have a role in Christopher Nolan’s final Batman film, “The Dark Knight Rises.”
