Rihanna under fire for latest music video for “Man Down”

HollywoodNews.com: Rihanna is taking some heat for her latest music video for the song “Man Down” due to a murder that takes place in the video.

The Parents Television Council is reportedly upset that the video shows a “cold, calculated execution of murder,” states TMZ. In the video, the council reportedly believes that she is showing that gunning down a rapist at a train station is an appropriate form of justice.

“If Chris Brown shot a woman in his new video and BET premiered it, the world would stop. Rihanna should not get a pass,” the council commented on the new video.

The group is also reportedly upset because Rihanna has commented on Twitter that the video has a strong message for girls like her.

Do you think the video is extreme or acceptable?
