“Dark Knight” viral push continues with Arkham craziness

By Sean O’Connell
Hollywoodnews.com: The viral marketing campaign for Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight Rises” continues to burn up the Internet, and we mean that literally as well as metaphorically.

Weeks ago, Batman fans who hashtag Tweeted “The Fire Rises” were treated to the first look at Tom Hardy as Bane. Today, a user named The Fire Rises has posted three YouTube videos that seem to suggest problems at Gotham’s famed Arkham Asylum.

Check them out below. They are grainy and a little tough to decipher, but in these clips lay clues to Nolan’s next masterpiece. Or they just might be diversions as fans wait impatiently for “Rises” to reach theaters in 2012. Either way, it’s fun to think about another “Dark Knight.” Now send us photos of Anne Hathaway in her Catwoman suit!
