Hollywoodnews.com: Spike TV’s annual “Guys Choice” awards program – which launched last year – tapes this weekend in Los Angeles, and while we don’t know for sure if it’s going to be a good time, we now can confirm that it’s going to be a fast time.
That’s because “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” stars Sean Penn, Judge Reinhold, Robert Romanus, Brian Backer, Forest Whitaker, and director Amy Heckerling are scheduled to appear onstage as the film gets inducted into the Guy Movie Hall of Fame, according to EW.com. Sadly, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Phoebe Cates will not be able to make the event (unless something changes at the last minute).
EW says Robert De Niro will present the “Fast Times” cast with their awards. He’ll also hand over a Brass Balls award to Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards.
Among the celebrities expected to attend are Justin Timberlake, Cameron Diaz, Jim Carrey, Scarlett Johansson, Jason Bateman, Eva Mendes, Jennifer Aniston, Harrison Ford and Jason Statham.
The “Guys Choice” awards will air on Spike on June 10 at 9 p.m.
